BAUMA

Our designers participated in the 32nd International Fair of Specialized Construction Machines, Equipment and Devices Used in Construction and BAUMA Mining Machines.

BAUMA is the largest event in the construction industry, which takes place every three years in Munich. This year, over 3400 exhibitors from 50 countries have appeared. During the event, experts from around the world discussed technological novelties. There were also many market premieres.

We would like to emphasize that the NG Engineering engineers took part in the design of several machines that were presented during the fair. One of them is a zero-emission electric mini excavator, in which the diesel engine has been replaced with batteries. Our task was to adapt the cooling system of the hydraulic system. We have carried out the works at the request of our client - a Swedish manufacturer of construction machinery.

In addition, we have made a significant contribution to the design of one of the largest wheeled excavators. Our company was responsible for the construction of the engine system, cooling system, exhaust system as well as the rear, main wiring harness and hydraulic system. We have also designed a fuel tank, battery and tool boxes, a mask and other body parts, such as: stairs, covers, platforms and handrails, and fixing lamps and mirrors. During the trade fair, the dump truck, to which our designers also designed the parts, was subjected to a test of durability.

We are happy that NG Engineering engineers could participate in this event and see the effects of their work. At the same time, we are proud that together with our clients we participate in creating trends and determining the direction of development.
