Aufgaben:

  • integrate and develop electric/electronic systems into automotive seats with full responsibility for these components,
  • lead corporation with internal and external partners and customers,
  • be responsible for designing and adjusting wiring harness prototypes for seats,
  • be responsible for the preparation of drawings and the design of prototype tools,
  • documentation of the wiring harness routing in the seats,
  • support the manufacturing of development samples,
  • plan, coordinate and analyze development and validation tests,
  • training of the plant workers in the cable routing during workshops and production start-up,
  • be responsible for the project costs, timing, quality and change management,
  • participation in the internal and external meetings with the topic seat electrics,
  • know and use the legal, internal and customer requirements,
  • responsible for the release of safety relevant parts together with the customer and supplier,
  • support the acquisition of new project.

Qualifikation:

  • master's or Bachelor degree in electronic, engineering or similar education,
  • experience in automotive or automotive supplier industry,
  • preferably experience in seat development and production,
  • knowledge in electric/electronic systems,
  • familiar in the use of project management and quality tools,
  • international Mindset,
  • good English language knowledge required,
  • very good MS Office skills,
  • willingness to travel.
